    Welcome to Ohio Nursing Law!


    Our 2011 offering is Just Culture - A Model to Improve Patient Safety. A 1.5 contact hour program, it meets the Category A continuing nursing education requirement in Ohio. It is also ACPE-accredited by ACPE for pharmacists as a Patient Safety (topic designator "05") activity.


    Our 2012 offering is Ohio Nurse's Conversation with Pharmacy Board Agent Results in Potential Criminal Conviction. A 1.5 contact hour program, it meets the Category A continuing nursing education requirement in Ohio. It is also ACPE-accredited by ACPE for pharmacists as a General (topic designator "04") activity.

    Welcome to Pharmacy Jurisprudence!

    All of our CE programs in this section are for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, are accredited by ACPE as a Law (topic designator "03") activity, and are also approved by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy for pharmacy law CE in Ohio.

A few tips about taking your test online:
- E-mails from us: Check your Junk E-mail box, if you do not receive an expected e-mail from us.
- Paying to take your quiz online: We use PayPal as our online payment processor. You do NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to make a payment. When you get to the screen to choose a Payment Method, you will see the PayPal bubble darkened and gray images of credit cards beneath it. Just keep going (clicking Review Order and Confirm Order) and you will get to a secure page to enter your major credit card information.
- Program material: you may already have the program material in booklet form. If not, you can see it by clicking the Download Program box next to the program you wish to see.
